Bunny is Back!

Yep, you have read it right! Out of the long silence and pits of darkness, the bunny is back on the scene and hopes to put in an entry or two whenever time allows while she is home in Kuala Lumpur.

*Ah, beautiful KL!* It would not be entirely correct to say that nothing much has changed; nonetheless, with the time spent in Macao and disturbing string of events over ,my last week there, I have learned how to appreciate everything that KL has and the friends and family I have here. (With that said, I know I deserved to be kicked for not getting in touch with any of you. I have been busy running around and will get to catching up with you guys soon. But first of all, spending time with my grandparents tops the list.)

I feel much better now. The weariness and anxiety melted away as I whizzed around KL with Su-Anne running errands and doing stuff. Slowly but surely items on my checklist are getting marked with a smiley face. And to top things off, it was great speaking with people who I missed dearly. I am in such a good mood that the morning traffic and madness at the Jusco members sale today did not bug me at all.

Su-Anne and I arrived at the miniature mall we grew up closest to WAY before its usual opening time and found tonnes of people there shopping in a frenzy. These one-day limited members sale often drive people mad. There was no parking left on the premises of the building 40 minutes after the mall was open. There were lines and crowds everywhere, with people carrying shopping bags bumping others in the slow flow of those trying to make their way through the stores. Nonetheless, my sis and I got straight to what we wanted, picked out the best deals, got what we need, braved the lines at the cashiers, and was out of there in less than 1.5 hours. We even had time to try clothes on! (Of course, with our skills, we do not need a dressing room!) The shopaholic in me resurfaced after 6 years of slumber, and the Jusco sale this morning could be considered... easy-peasy.

Thus, with things slowly lining up and unknotting themselves in order, all I have to do now is to be disciplined enough and get them done. I reckon I would have the week ahead freed up to really catch up with you guys. Totally appreciated you prayers and support during the messy past 3 weeks. Have no fear, all is good, the bunny is back!
